add a 15% chance from physical hits to release a 20/30/40/50 damage chain lightning that jumps 2/3/4/5 times in a 500 aoe. Last enemy unit to get hit gets double damaged.
100% chance from attacks in 400 range of hero.
Each attacker has his own individual cooldown of the effect triggering every 5/4/3/2 seconds on them.
Applies the Purge and damage effect on prock.
- Does not chain to nearby target.

Even better, make it physical damage not hits, so it can trigger from eyes of the storm, if you take it.

I wanted to add that Static Remnant is really, really weaksauce. It could do with a damage buff, maybe even based on attritube, since it is short ranged, weak and with a delay. It needs some sort of upside for having so many downsides.

Null field isa nonpickable spell ,
I suggest : provides 10/15/20/25% resist and 2/3/4/5 armor aura
Magina spellshield :besides the magic resist also to reflect 10+5% / 20+10% /30+15%/40+20% of the damage of the spell before redused by resists
Null field: Global effect for allies.
- Effect is doubled for user.
Spellshield: Grants additional Max HP < or > primary stat.
- or: Gains movement speed + damage boost based on damaged recieved from spells.
Heartstopper aura: Yes. Buff it.
- Higher values or a base value in addition to it's percentage.
- or: Halts HP regen to affected units.

Move level 4 null to 25% and double effect for user. That's solid.
Manginas spell shield should deflect incoming magic damage 5/10/15/20% in aoe same as dispersion. (magic damage subject to resistance)

How about we dont clone already existing abilities in the game.
And make something new instead.
I prefer new content instead of duplicates.

The only other thing I can think of atm is to use the idea I had for nerubs armor spiked carapace which was to add a passive that burns mana with every attack to it. 25/35/45/55 mana burned from attacks and/or spells used.

If that is the case we should maybe start talking about a new hero, with a new identity, new characteristics and abilities which reflect those characteristics ...

1 adds 3 gold per 3 secs , hero takes 5% more damage
2 adds 6 gold per 3 secs , hero takes 10% more damage
3 adds 9 gold per 3 secs , hero takes 15% more damage
4 adds 12 gold per 3 secs , hero takes 20% more damage
(all level bonus)
bonus 10% gold for bounty rune, creep kills (including ancients), tower gold when destroyed, and assists
Duration Permanent for all levels
Note
* (10% bonus gold from roshan, not last hit gold but the 200 gold distributed to the whole team)
* (Tower gold = distributed gold when destroyed, last hit gold not included)
* (solo kills not included bec. you're already greedy when you killed him your self)
Skill can't be picked with track and devour and Midas can't be bought (bitch this is already too much gold for one skill)
I know this skill can cause a lot of bugs but please bare with it

Sounds broken, getting 240G/minute for sitting on your ass in exchange of being a glass canon.

taking 20% more dmg means taking more dmg from all kinds of attacks.

Let's say you get hit by a 100 pure damage spell, level 4 Dispersion (22%) reduces that to 78 damage [100*(1-0.22)], which then gets amplified by 20% to 93.6 damage (78*1.20).
Very nice ability.

dispersion reduces almost all kind of dmg , except direct HP remova - (necro aura / venge wave of terror / soul ring / armlet )
