Lower Radiance damage and make it direct hp removal? Its currently magical type, so people with alots of regen and big resists will take almost nothing..
Lycanthrope Aghanim Scepter:
Gives you Howl Level 4 Howl and on level 3, additional summoning Wolfs.
Howl could be auto activated uppon cast and be hidden.
Skills i'd like to see buffed in future updates.

I feel like Lightning Bolt is pretty shit late game, it should be buffed to 600 pure damage.
true, its also shit when enemy blinks and it ends up casting on floor, what a waste of ministun

Good point, maybe the search AoE could be increased to 1500 so even if they blink 1200 units you'll still hit them.

I was thinking Poison Nova could use similar effects as Dazzle's Poison Touch. Gradually slow (1% per second) then stun for one second at the end (fatigue).

- Recude Shrapnel charge restore time to 30. The skill is already weak, buff it already.
- Allow Familiars to be affected by Trueshot Aura.

Tbh, Psn nova already fills a function now besides dps. And that is anti-healing.
With that additional mechanic im afraid it could become OP.
But then again, who picks it besides me.

the problem is the damage is not instant - people counter it easily with heal (slark dance), lifesteal, and TP.

Actually that is true, for a skillshot chanelling ulti, you need to be very precise with time and position when you land it. I used to use it a lot in regular DotA (and also in organized teamplay) where it is very effective ... but in LoD, not so much.
Also, since it is more effective the further you cast it from, you gain exp slower in games where you pick it.

Whats this nonsense about Iceblast?
The spell is fucking broken and wrecks all tanky builds.
Its global and has under a minute in cooldown.
- You are never safe with Iceblast around.
Most of the time a well placed Iceblast can fuck a whole 5v5 clash for you (or win it for you).
My only remark about Iceblast besides that it is a major playing chip on the board during the entire game is that the break/death percentage seems a bit off.
I've expected death countless times when around my 20% hp.
As for dot being HP removal, i suspect it is. Most part I believe it is nesc component for the anti healing function to work properly.
- Healing isnt halted during Iceblast buff, but it is constantly being reset to a number lower than what you had X moments ago.
Punchline: Iceblast is op in the right hands, just the way it should be.

when killing in well. i need to cast ice blast around when the enemy is at 2nd tower due to it moving slow + stoping at the right spot
