Way too OP but I do agree with giving lvl 4 thirst to whoever casts rupture with aghanims for the duration of the spell.

Pure damage with scepter? Not a bad idea. How about 20 secs off the cooldown too.

tbh id be happy with a 10/20/30 sec cd reduction and 25/50/75 more damage. just somethin. Id like for id to ravage twice like it does in imba dota but maybe thats too much.

CM Aura - double the regen to allies and triple to self.
Illusory Orb - creates an illusion of the caster to the enemies that got hit. (last 2 secs)
Waning rift - deals bonus 20/40/60 dps to the enemies that got silenced (same duration as the silence and dps can stack when mc)
Phase Shift - silences all enemies around 300 aoe from itself for 2 secs.
Shackle Shot - deals the success stun even when there are no units around it
Shackles - triggers ether shock on target
Nature's Call - change armor type to divine? lol
Untouchable - blocks 1 physical attack for every 25 secs,
Nature's Attendants - also damages enemy for the amount that it can heal
Null Field - blocks a skill like linkens for 40 secs
Purifying Flames - more regen if ally, less regen if enemy
Enfeeble - reduces 1 or 2 dmg permanently on casted enemy
Ice Armor - triggers frost blast on enemy (one time only) when attacked
Midnight Pulse - more dmg if night
Death Pulse - bigger search radius and faster travel speed
Fatal Bonds - Mini stun on all enemies that are affected
Scream of Pain - mini stun on enemies that are affected
Nether Ward - kills all illusions and reveals all invi in 400 range around it
Shallow Grave - reduces respawn timer for 20 secs on self
Vacuum - applies lvl 1 Ion shell on all affected units (can stack)

Clink's Death Pact: Scepter also allows skill absorption (like devour) for duration of the spell.
Also I think it would be fun to give a new skill to a creep with no skills. How about the small dragons? Give them Splash Attack: attacks damage all enemy units in 300 radius. Give the Big dragon this too just so it all makes sense.

make the skill and the hp gain perm until he death pacts another creep or dies.
