-Lot of heal spells i have never seen picked in my lod 3-4 year career
wd voodoo heal,ench heal,chen ulti,juggernaut ward(maybe seen twice)
wd voodoo could be redesigned as aura,but greatly reduced heal per second or really nerfed mana cost.
ench heal,hm no freaking idea spell is idiotic but still needs something.
chen ulti could be added mana restoration,for 50% of health restoration(or inflict damage to nearby enemy units as if you were healed by omni purification,could be an excellent nuke aswell if enemy unit is caught in small radius between few allied heroes)
-Some of orbs and buff placers
venomancer buff spell is really low,rarely underpicked it could at least not be 'buff placer do not stack..'
viper orb effect,bone fire arrows at least needs more of damage instance per level
-axe battle hunger
idk maybe to apply it to all untis who have been called by axe(hero who has call)
-Nasal goo(bristle back) NEVER PICKED
maybe to make it ground targetable like shadow demon spell
-shadow demon soul catcher
to affect all units inside aoe,not just one random(to be like veil of discord)
These are just random,raw ideas but resq you should also give yourself to thinking because there is plenty more of underpicked/neverpicked spells that could be redesigned to be powerful game changers like witchcraft
