nullifier should block aeons.  Idk why it wouldnt.  It's the one item you get to stop other items from working.  Also static storm should with scepter.  Im wondering if we should move aeons to an active item like blade mail.  It only triggers if you activate it yourself.  At least then there would be a way to bypass it.  Just a thought.

Report them if they votekick abuse you.  You were kicked 20 times?  lul.  Where do you play?  haha.  It's very rare to see someone get kicked on RGC.  Only if there's an antigamer or a guy who keeps going afk and is way underleveled.  

Give the option to pick a regular skill over an ult?  Hmm.  Sure, why not.  Seems fair enough.  I've been there too when you dont have another good ult to pick but could benefit from a regular skill.  Worth testing out.  Seems like a good idea.

Because picking stuns became the entire game.  Pick stuns and force the opponents to counter with BKB/linkens.  The game has more dimensions than this but will never be realized unless we limit stuns.  Need another stun to pull your combo off?  Build rod of atos or teamplay.

MoC lifesteal was removed since MoC was too strong.
