In Dota 2 v6.83 and even previous versions the Spirit Breaker's skill Charge of Darkness' cooldown is: 12 seconds.
In your custom map it remains: 35 seconds.
You should not just fix cooldowns for one heroes but not for others. Please fix this, players want the gameplay as it is.
