I thought that was intended and has been there for a few versions, even used to have 0 cooldown and would trigger Static Field Aftershock etc

Poof does no damage if used on self when there are no other target to teleport to on the map

Poof will always teleport to a viable target ( your illusions ) even when used on self

Nope it's a bug, dropping or using an item you just bought gives you half its gold cost instantly

If Earthbind hits ennemies, the caster will get Netted if he is in the AoE shortly ( ~0.25-0.5s? ) after it hits

Also any unit killed by Earthbind will be considered as if they denied themselves

so it's known that Marksmanship gives extra damage to Agility Heroes?
