No, it should not

Every kill has independent stack duration, stacks are unlimited.

wow that's very weak one ,need kill 12 creep&neutrals in 29s to reach full bounty.

but only need 8kill in 40 in 7.0 and 7kill in 36 in dota2

That's gonna be insane and should turn to passive only)) It's an addition to active part, not vise versa

but now it's very weak. it need more than 10s to reach max 36% damage amp for self.

this passive is design for tank & warrior who fight in first row, but it didn't provide any direct damage or damage reduce for self.

mostly only triggers 1 or 2 time before dead.

The goblin greed's mechanic should be 'every kill refresh timer & bounty level stack + 1, each stack gives 2 more bounty & upscale to 30'. which makes sense this skill is a fair good choice for continuous farming not laneing.

But under my test, now 89t3 greed is like '+6 8 10 12 14 16 18 18 18 16 16' which depend on killng speed, not like dota7.0 or any other version of dota.

I only kill 9th & 10th creep no more than 10second, far lower than 29s on skill describe, but the bounty stack/level is no rising up.

or it was design like this on purpose?
