Spectre pasive is buged sometimes it dont get Criticals, orbs, slow, slark and bashes from all enemies heroes
Same bug was at IMBA dota it's coled "antibuff"
It's overpoverd bug u can kill this hero only with much dmg or magic dmg

Assuming youre talking about Dispersion (by the sounds of it).
- Which should always be defined, which specific skill is in question on a thread.

 

The bug is probably gonna need a replay featuring this bug/exploit.

And also picking Iceblast / Posion Nova more often for ingame counters towards this in general otherwise powerful ability.

this pick i mega bugs x3 damage!!!????  he cast 200 damage 4 lvl - 600 damag 2 skills  i have is very bad
