How to modify some stuck key using an software like warkey ?

is there someone know the software ?

 

and then how to use ?

 

i have try garenatotal , and game2e.com software , it's not working

For the maps (I think starting for 6.82b LoD Maps) detects the conflict of hotkeys...
I saw it on the changelogs but not too useful for me now since im using GarenaTotal. anyway many players wanted this suggestion...
Its so great Especially my friends, doesnt use GarenaTotal except me.
