Make the cheat death reflect range global. and somehow thunder wrath can't be reflected? and make this work with suicide (techies skill) so hero wont die but take half of damage dealt

Yes do this.  mc wrath needs all the counters it can get.  Strong combo.  I love it but damn is it strong when youre against it and they have other globals as well.
