The old Cooldowns Modify Technique (CMT) still bug and sometimes it goes wrong.
Example when you have Octarine Core, you cast a skill and when skill cooldown run near 3/4, you use refresher orb, you can cast that skill twice times.
Witch Craft, Chakra, Octarine, Refresher Orb should be have an unified technique.
Old CMT still bug with Mirror Image base skill and transformation.

Skill cd, then move little camera and cd is rdy ^^, octarine

does octarine also reduce passive cd skills?
