First of all , make a full port from real 6.84 dota
1.Aghanim scepters on  Naix , Morph , Alchemic ,​ Naga siren , Nerubian Assasin
2. add the new Ursa ultimate and in addition when aghanimed extend the duration with 1/2/3 sec


3​​. If roshan is killed more than 3 times , make the next one with 50%  double HP , DMG and Armor.

4.Aghanims : Agha effect to Traxex - remove the distance restriction and on kill steals 0/5/10% from enemy agility .​

Suggestion instead of AGI heap/glaives: Ignores < 1 armor > per < 10 agility > on hit.
- Also removes distance restriction.

Most of the aghas you mentioned are horribly balanced, so I would say no. I do agree to Roshan buffs, he goes down too easy to high dps+frost armor/swipes/bashes/summons. He could do with some dispels and more aoe.

ball lightning in 6 skill op with scepter.  its unreal.  guy just zaps back and forth and you cant move.
