Devour and blood rage both allow team to see on map where the hero is. Kind of makes the skill bad to pick since it gives vision. Can we disable this?

Sounds like a bug. No buffs should give hostile vision unless it specificly indicates that it does.
- Track / Amplify damage.
Should be fixed.
