Dimminishing Return on stuns to be reinstated.

 

Disable cap per player reduced to 1 from 2.

 

Assasinate Aghanims to have either 0 cd bonus or 275 aoe bonus removed.

 

Space orc model range reduced to it's previous range (400 -> 275).

 

Force of Nature mana cost reduced.

 - Force of Nature buff the summons.

 

Replicate sub ability mana cost reduced.

 - Replicate: Aghanims - Permanent clone + Additional Cast range.

 

Buff Posion Nova / Add Aghanims effect: Removes Hitpoint gain (HP regen + Healing).

 

Thunderclap mana cost reduced 150 -> 100.

 

Bash + Time Lock nerf for ranged models:

 -25% -> 15%

 - 1s -> 0.5s

 - 120 damage -> 60 damage.

 

Searing Arrows + Cold Arrows orb removal.

 

Nature's Attendants mana cost reduced.

 

Bloodlust cooldown reduced 20s -> 10s.

 

Morph to grant additional stats on leveling skill.

 

Mana Break working on ranged illusions.

 

Remove bonus lod balance ability on Haunt (Deals instant damage on removed illusion).

 

Drain Life no longer can target self.

it works as usual. do you have  examples it being broken?
 
 
 

Mana Break working on ranged illusions.

 
actually there are opinions about making ranged illusions less OP via removing diffusal blade affecting them.

Remember that English isnt my first language. I have really tough time speaking it, tho can read freely.

DR topic:

I have no concrete evidence of DR being inactive. I do however have the sensation that all stuns are in full effect. And never experienced the short ministun that usually occurs after a chainstun event.

 

Mana break:

 

Naturally people complain about new content wooping peoples asses. In my subjective oppinion it's more fun with more content and mechanics to play around with.

But if you deem it in the end to be uncounter-able and is a supreme tactic unbeaten by all. So be it, remove it it's too OP.

But in any case, if diffusal remains, I want Mana Break to act accordingly.

nerf chakk's ult.  

 

nerf burning spears.

 

beef up skills no one ever picks.  I've never seen someone pick dazzle's poison for example.

 

allow troll form to work with devour.

 

nerf sniper no cd ult.

 

nerf haunt/desolate just slightly

 

nerf the aganims effect for freezing field

 

inferno burns yourself?  is this a glitch?  make that feature go away.

 

make 295 ms minimum for all heroes.  if a hero is below this bump them up to 295.

 

why cant you attack a false promise with life break even after dust?  this should be changed too.

 

make empowering haste work with marksmanship.

 

i got a morphed (str) chakk with dragon blood.  the dragon blood doesnt work at all - dragon blood adds +1 armor per level.

 

change devour hotkey to O.  this will help with hotkey issues!

 

change sukushi to S hot key.

Can't attack...? You mean like Shadow Dance?
The damage on a False Promise'd target is delayed until FP ends (entirely intended).

yeah it wont let you life break while they are in fp.  acts like they are in dance.

Every time i tried to lifebreak it.  I know I did one around 29 mins game time.  I complained right after that i couldnt target it.

Cheat Death tweak:

Less requirements for activation.

A cooldown.

 

Remove activation ability for Empowered Haste.

 

Buff Fire Breath:

- Reduce mana cost.

- Reduce cooldown.

 

*Do something about counter helix.

- I see Helix + Call everygame with few exceptions. I want to see it being picked less frequently.

 

Implement "Incapacitation mode" (See other forum thread http://legendsofdota...g-the-stunmeta/ )

Alternatively buff Dimminishing Return from 25% duration loss per consecutively applied stun to 50%-100%.

How about buffing pucks ult up too.  It very rarely gets picked b/c it's so weak.
