In 6.83 rune appearing mech was changed to provide "Bounty" rune firstly on both points. As for me it greater downgrade of early game, missing opportunities to influence on game from the first seconds for supports.
But at the same time some people argued that with "balance" reasons. Basically i see no point to transfer that change in any form. What do you think about it?
Remember that English isnt my first language. I have really tough time speaking it, tho can read freely.

Not balanced But Because of new updates on map Become more attractive .For the players of thinking is balanced.

So what? It's not problem, it's called update - more casual, more balance, more shit and this happen every time. Dont think bout "to be or not to be", "just do it".

There is no need to alter this scenario.
Let the runes spawn accordingly as it has in the past, one randomized powerup. In addition to an opposite bounty rune.
The ulterior motive of leaving it be, is to grant player-created scenarios with a motivation granted with consequences.
Dum dum explenation. More intresting shit will happen.
However. Should you choose to abide pedanticly according to updates - I will not go against it.
