Tinker march  - extend duration by 2 seconds and reduce CD to 35/30/25/20
Make sniper ultimate multicastable
Infest - remove the restriction of controling your own unit when infested ( like dota 2 - you can dominate neutral and infest and control it by yourself) , also make ancient creeps and sylabear spirit bear to be on the target list 
Lycan wolves dmg boost by 1/3/5/7

mc+march+rearm+sadist > one hit or perm stun

 

havin the cd this low, means you dont need rearm anymore, so it will get more imba.

Rearm combos. Everything except globals if possible make them under another game command(mode) so people who dislike change could play without. But there is a lot of people who would really like to see them back in the game.

More skills to utility heroes (great fortitude, marksmanship)
