1: Make  syllabear ( rabit ) buff to aply for  all owner units. 
2: Reduce Pit Lord ultimate CD to  75 / 55 / 35
3: Boost the HP of the Lycan wolves finaly -.-  , cuz its skill that no one picks ever
4: Make wisp spirits to aply 25% slow like it was in the older versions of dota
5 Make wisp overcharge to degen 2,5%  of current HP and MP  per second (also underpicked skill cuz of the degen)
6. Rexar call of the wild  - boost quilbeast   + 10 dmg to level 1 and level 2 pig

Remake of weaver swarms :
Skill affects : Heroes only
Skill duration 8/9/10/11/
Attack time  : once per 0.5 seconds
Damage  /6/7/8/9 + 1 % of max HP
Extra effect : Every time a hero is hit by a swarm  it gets slowed (AS&MS)  by 0/1/2/3%  (stacking) 
Hits need to be destroyed the swarms  : 2/3/4/5   (The swarms can be destroyed only by heroes)

CD : 30/25/20/15

Cant agree about wisp - 120 AS is pretty big bonus, especially when lifesteal on it.

Quill beast - i like idea about buffing those pigs.

 

Why do you hate the swarm? i find it pretty acceptable skill

Overcharge :  its not 120% its 40/50/60/70% , so pls reduce the degen ;s
Lavas: no they dont multicast i`m 100% sure

Another suggestion : Make lycan Howl to be stackable when  multicasted (it multicast but the buff doesnt stack )  it will be good pick for buffer heroes ^^ (Also make howl to apply to INFERNO also , cuz it doesnt in the moment )

Increase the duration on sven Warcry buff from 7 to 7/7.5/8/8.5

March of the machines  -  boost this skill , its so underpicked... (suggestion  : - evry time a hero is hit by a goblin it recieve a debuf that makes the next goblin to deal + 5/6/7/8 damage)

* Fixed howl did not provide bonuses for units with Resistance skin (Rain of Chaos / Spirit bear / etc)

Quillbest   has still the same damage ,   wisp spirits dont slow ,  and overcharge degen is still 4.5%  Lycan wolves still 400 hp , -.- ???????????

And i dont know if it is on purpos but  my  favorite combo dont work anymore  , Sven warcy + multicast :@@@@@@@@    no longer + 56 armor on 4x multicast  , pls   make the armor to be s tackable again on multicasting ....

Also implete the new Headshot , that slows 100% AS and MS for 0.5 sec instead of stun (its better this way , cuz that will allow us to use MKB + headshot on range heroes )

and how did you noticed deregen from Overcharge is off? it doesnt as long as i can see

new headshot have really poor estimate value from my point. and MKB was never bad for headshots anyway.

I compared the degen speed with an older version and this one , its the same
