I have to ask about the mechanics of skill: Devour The skill that you can use to devour most of the creeps in map and gain their skills. Is there a particular reason why it don't stack with any morph based skills? And numerous other skills.

ye, i remember on older version it was pickable with transforms ,and after u use transform the devoured skill from neutral was geting lost , and if u consume skill in transform duration and then u transform back , the skill from devour was removed again

not sure why it was there before

I was told that by transforming you refresh the skill which means you could spam it.. but i am not sure on that. All i can confirm is that its buggy somehow and not restricted because of "balance reasons"
