Ever since you guys touched it it feels somehow imbalanced.The old craggy lvl 4 also had 25% proc chance , however "your craggy" seems to proc much often.Im talking WAYY too often.Like sometimes 5 or more out of 10 attempts to hit get craggied.Please investigate the matter a little and if something is wrong-fix it- if not please nerf it.One thing that comes into mind is that the principle "diminishing returns" did work for the old craggy and you may have removed it-if so , please put it back.Never have i seen 3-4 hits in a row blocked before you buffed it(which is a pretty common event right now).
In the cases where you get the chance to pick borowed time,berserkers blood,repel,rage or any other usefull defensive skill with craggy exterior ,makes you unbelievably hard to be damaged.
btw it would be nice to make it Melee only,so that a range hero dont kite like hell and always get away with it.
