Why a team can't take more that 9 disables?!!!!!
I can understand why a player can't take more than 3 disables.... But I can't understand why a team can't pick more than 9 disables.
Only 9 disables!

Simple reason: balance. Use -BO mode if you don't want this.

Technically mode -ar also ignores disables limitation
