I picked them in two games. Both games I had permanent level 1 skills. The ultimate seems to be fine.

 

Bonus: Eclipse over when die (even with aghanim).

 

Bonus 2: one of the formless skills disapeared.

Right now every book decides level of next booked spells (1 for 2, 2 for 3, 3 for 4)

So you can pick all of them, learn 4 4 3 1 and will able to get lvl 3 ultimate at 6 lvl hero
