Bugfixes

 

Fixed orders under disabled control
Fixed Teleport being possible to use on enemy
Fixed Teleport Scroll being unaffected by CDR
Fixed impossibility to build up Urn of Shadows (Ring of Basilius had priority always, now Basilius has lowest priority)
Fixed -st info about Laguna bonus damage (was x100)
Fixed Bloodlust being unusable on structures
Fixed Snowball taking lane creeps in (it shouldn't)
Fixed Poison Touch flying in wrong direction when ordered too close to caster
Fixed Group leaks
Fixed Skadi slow does not work
Fixed Land Mines being not invisible at all, invisibility delay 2 sec -> 1.5 sec
Fixed Spectral Dagger slow always being lvl 1
Fixed Haunt not having sound at all at last release
Fixed Diabolic Edict hitting things which it should not hit (Tombstone, Supernova, Will-o-wisp, Healing Ward, etc)
Fixed Chakk Spit gifting enemy stats
Fixed Frostbite dealing too much damage to creeps
Fixed Penitence providing speed too late

Mechanics

 

Time after pick 105 sec -> 95 sec, stun for 90 seconds remaining removed

 

Balance

 

Medallion and Solar Crest now orders to attack targeted enemy if caster don't have other orders queued

 

Glaives of Wisdom manacost 25/30/35/40 -> 20/25/30/35, duration 20/40/40/40 -> 20/40/45/50

 

Firestorm DPS 0.5/1/1.5/2% -> 1.0/1.5/2.0/2.5% of max hp as it become too weak after change.

 

Doom cooldown increased by 10 seconds

 

Anchor Smash cooldown 7/6/5/4 -> 8/7/6/5

 

Plasma Field tickrate updated so it shouldnt skip enemies by just walking, this also mean visuals become smoother.

 

Arctic Burn effect is now dispellable and no longer affects magic immune units

 

Moment of Courage now getting charge when enemy attack has been launched, so cancelled attack does not grant anything

 

Drum of Endurance changed recipe and stats, total cost unchanged:
2x Circlet of Nobility + Sobi Mask + Wind Lace + Recipe
+5 all stats, +50% manareg, +5% speed aura

 

TP Scroll cost 90 -> 75

 

Other

 

Improved Glyph perfomance
Removed donated version of Blade Fury animation as it has delayed effect, making things unclear
Corrected Will-o-wisp animation
Sleight of Fist now use model of caster instead of firepanda as image on cast position
Changed Enchant and Fatal Bonds icons and Fatal Bonds lightning color (because Fatal Bonds has "yellow-green" animation now, similar to other warlock skills)
Nether Ward no longer trying to damage magic immune units (difference is only visual)
Added visual effect on Gravekeeper Cloak which exist while hero has at least 1 layer. I tried to add 4 separated effects but they become too bright.
Restored Heavenly Grace visual effect to previous
Witchcraft -> Ogre Powa
