According to the dota 2 wiki, evasion stacks diminishingly since 6.79. I don't know though if and how evasion is implemented in LoD.

Using the formulas on the wiki, Lvl 4 Blur + halberd should have something like 62.5% evasion.

You mean to say "passives", not "disables." Disables refer to stuns, or other spells which render your hero unable to move and/or attack.

6.83c beta2 out on getdota.com. Will the new lod be based on this?

A rare -so bug I encountered (6.79-6.82 versions? not sure) was that both sides have vision of players who were switched. I think the shared vision disappears when both players switch back.

I'm using garena total as well, and I thought the crashes i was having were rgc related. Can't even get window mode to work on rgc.
