Chaos knight ulti has 30 sec cd on lvl 3

storm third + some passives trigger all game

And its not the mode because it happened in the new mode RD and in ru6

 

 

Btw [QUICKCHAT] how to use 2 keys together to send a messege

QuickChatHotkey1=0x11 + 0x58   alt + x

would help if u explain.

 

 

And Display neutral spawn (block) rectangle, can only use single key (no combinations allowed), space or F1-F12, 0x12 for Alt.

This option doesn't work at all, explain please.

In order to use double keys u should put AltX, for instance, or CtrlX, like that
