Either move to 1.0%/1.5%/2.0%/2.5% or keep the numbers where they are now and do double damage if units are within a 300 radius.  Something along these lines.  You could even do +50% stronger if within half radius and +100% stronger within quarter radius.  Closer = stronger would be fun.  Would help this farm creeps at least a little.  Right now it's super weak to farm creeps with and battles happen so fast that the aura is kinda weak in lod.
