Storyline: Do you need it? (anyway i bad in english, sorry)
One of warriors who focusing his power not on empowering himself but on making enemies weaker. He prefer to clamp target on corners and kill them slow and painfully.
Purpose: Fighter/disabler.

2) Blind / Puncturing eyes (active)
Target lose all sight, including self sight range and sight from it's allies, can't attack, but can cast spells and use items normally. Target lose 5% of it's max hp every second. All units, who damages blinded target, regenerate 10% of dealt damage as Mana.

Sometimes applies Break on enemy, reducing outgoing damage and disabling passives.

Ultimate version 1 (hard)
Charion drain will of surrounding creeps (friendly/neutrals, excluding Ancients, Infernals, Spirit Bear, Tombstone zombies and Roshan), forcing them attack nearby enemy's heroes. Enemy heroes in range ot this ability takes a mark, lose % of AS and MS per each taken strike from creeps and heroes. Stackable, but new stacks doesn't refreshes duration of old.
Heroes under Mark gains more damage
Enemy creeps will be stunned
Works on invisible creeps or creeps in Fog, but not on invisible heroes or heroes in Fog
Notes:
Mark can be dispelled by dispells and avatar
Slow can't be dispelled but don't removed instanly if hero gains Spell Immunity
Doesn't work on illusions
Can't be multicasted.

Charion's will / Ghosts of Darkness
When activated, automatically creates illusion of enemy heroes (no more 1 per hero), if they have low hp. Illusions deal 100% damage (60% for ranged), have full hp and takes 200% damage. Illusions under control of player and attacks illusioned hero on spawn. Slows all enemy heroes AS and MS.

Duration: 5/6/7 seconds

Illusions lifetime: 5/7/9 seconds
Hp limit: lower then 30/40/50% of enemy's max hp.

Aghanim's scepter upgrade: doubles illusions lifetime and increases their ms by 100
