Storyline: Do you need it? (anyway i bad in english, sorry)

 

One of warriors who focusing his power not on empowering himself but on making enemies weaker. He prefer to clamp target on corners and kill them slow and painfully.

 

Purpose: Fighter/disabler.

Name: Charion, The Necropolis Warrior

Model: hm..... dark champion with dagger, axe or mace Q_Q idk this

 

Tavern:

Scourge, Strenght.

 

Stats:

Base attack time 1.7

Attack range 150

Attack animation 0.3-0.4

Cast time 0.3

Base HP regen 1.0 (excluding STR)

Base armor 3 (excluding AGI)

Base MP regen 0.01 (excludint INT)

STR 22+2.8

AGI 15+1.6

INT 20+2.2

Skills:

 

1) Warrior's pain

Damages enemy hero and nearest other enemy hero in radius 400 and makes them damaging themselves by % all their outgoing damage.

Manacost: 150

Cooldown: 20 seconds

Duration: 3/4/5/6 seconds

Cast range: 700

Base damage: 100/150/200/250

Base damage type: Spell

Returns dmg: 30/35/40/45%

Returned damage type: divine

 

Notes:

Can be dispelled by dispell.

Blocked by spell block (individually for 1st and 2nd target), but not by spell immunity.

Returned damage don't cancels any potions, dagger and heart

Can't be multicasted

2) Blind / Puncturing eyes (active)

Target lose all sight, including self sight range and sight from it's allies, can't attack, but can cast spells and use items normally. Target lose 5% of it's max hp every second. All units, who damages blinded target, regenerate 10% of dealt damage as Mana.

Manacost: 200

Cooldown: 18/17/16/15 seconds

Cast time: static 0.2 sec.

Cast range: 200/250/300/350

Duration: 3/4/5/6 seconds

Dmg 5% or max hp per second

Dmg type: Physical

 

Notes:

Can be blocked by Spell Block and spell immunity, can be dispelled by any dispell and spell immunity.

Damage can't be reduced by dmg block (ex. poorman shield)

Stuns target by 0.01 sec on cast.

Can't be multicasted.

3) Blow in the heart (passive).

Sometimes applies Break on enemy, reducing outgoing damage and disabling passives.

Proc on attack.

 

Notes:

Effect can be countered by spell block and spell immunity

Effect can't be dispelled by dispells and spell immunity.

Works only on heroes and Spirit Bear.

 

Cooldown: 12/10/8/6 seconds

Duration: 1/1.2/1.4/1.6 seconds

Dmg reduce: 15/20/25/30%

Ultimate version 1 (hard)

Charion drain will of surrounding creeps (friendly/neutrals, excluding Ancients, Infernals, Spirit Bear, Tombstone zombies and Roshan), forcing them attack nearby enemy's heroes. Enemy heroes in range ot this ability takes a mark, lose % of AS and MS per each taken strike from creeps and heroes. Stackable, but new stacks doesn't refreshes duration of old.

Heroes under Mark gains more damage

Enemy creeps will be stunned

Works on invisible creeps or creeps in Fog, but not on invisible heroes or heroes in Fog

 

Notes:

Mark can be dispelled by dispells and avatar

Slow can't be dispelled but don't removed instanly if hero gains Spell Immunity

Doesn't work on illusions

Can't be multicasted.

 

Manacost: 300/400/500

Radius: 600/750/900

Losing AS per hit: 3%/4%/5%

Losing MS per hit: 1.5%/2%/2.5%

Bonus damage: 25/50/75 physical dmg to each non-illusion attack.

 

Duration:

Mark: 5/6/7 sec

Slow: 3 sec

Enemy creeps stun 2/3/4 sec

Cooldown: 60 sec

Ultimate version 2 (easy)

Charion's will / Ghosts of Darkness

When activated, automatically creates illusion of enemy heroes (no more 1 per hero), if they have low hp. Illusions deal 100% damage (60% for ranged), have full hp and takes 200% damage. Illusions under control of player and attacks illusioned hero on spawn. Slows all enemy heroes AS and MS.

 

Manacost: 300

Cooldown: 100 seconds

Duration: 5/6/7 seconds

AOE: 600

Illusions lifetime: 5/7/9 seconds

Hp limit: lower then 30/40/50% of enemy's max hp.

Slow: 30/40/50% AS, 15/20/25% MS

 

Notes:

Doesn't creates illusion, if don't see enemy hero

Slow can be blocked by spell immunity

Illusion spawn can't be blocked by anything

Can't be multicasted.

 

Aghanim's scepter upgrade: doubles illusions lifetime and increases their ms by 100

Где надо продублировать или трудно перевести (сам я по-английски слабенько говорю) — пишу на русском.

А так верно говорят, что форум международный, потому — инглиш.

Логично подстраиваться под это, yes, comrade?

з.ы. офф. разработчиков два, и лишь один из них говорит по-русски. Выше тебе ответил другой :)

Ultimates are not really special enough (too similar to call/winter ulti, and haunt), but I like passive Break.

I don't look so similar

What about other skills?)

Ты пишешь что два разработчика, вот скажи мне , что делает resq в карте? Он не знает навыков в карте . Всю карту делает один человек это драколич
