I think the MC is varying by hero. I've seen games where ogre casts mc wards every time and games where my skymage gets zero mc wards. Something fishy about this.

-Bo mode has higher MC Chance.

I might have played a BO mode when the ogre mc wards everything. Not sure. Im picking ogre next time I get it to test. My tinker only mc wards once and it was a 2x.
