15) Rescale Rubick's ultimate:
Make it stealing enemy's ultimate with level = Spell Steal level (same as with aghanim's)
Aghanimmed spell steal gets close to nothing with leveling. в†’ Cooldown from 5 to 7/6/5 or 9/7/5.
16) Increase Leap cooldown to 20/18/16/14 sec, change range to 600/700/800/900.

Rework Synergy for Rain of Chaos (now non-aghanimmed version is too OP and aghanimmed bonus sucks)
Reduce duration of Enchant+Synergy on creeps on low level (from 180 to 90/120/150/180)
Rework Synergy on Forge Spirit — Overpowered leveling of Forge Spirit and useless leveling more than 1 of Synergy. + Increase Forge Spirit manacost 75 → 100 and rework leveling of force spirit inself: always 2 spiritsm: worse at start (but 2 instead of 1) and same at 4 lvl
19) Reduse Last Word Aura refresh rate (now lasts ~2 seconds after than aura-man was near)
20) Remove Witchcraft proc from Supernova
21) Rescale Adaptivness stat bonus per level:
— STR +12/18/24
— AGI +14/21/28
— INT +16/24/32
