Sir i have attached replay of the game with it. You can see there that rearm is not working for items even after scepter upgrade. And witchcraft work inappropriately (I think). Some times it works double or triple times even for ultimate and some times it does not work.
Please check it out whether i m right or wrong.

Rearm still has issues, will be fixed @ L3
Remember that English isnt my first language. I have really tough time speaking it, tho can read freely.
