it was in the old version and persists in newest
sometimes (often) it doesn't hit things that are clearly in the aoe without following any kind of logic that i can decipher. for example it might hit one small wildkin while attacking the big one, but not the other.
caustic finale explosions might also be affected by this

replay with demonstration required. there are no point to suspect it has any rules of procing, its definitely a simplest aoe circle
Remember that English isnt my first language. I have really tough time speaking it, tho can read freely.
