if its possible in next version make Multi Cast and Witchcraft to be pickable on balance off mode only

it would be very annoying in game especially when you have Thundergods Wrath

another thing

if you pick Eclipse and Rearm , after purchasing Aghanims Scepter it wont be cast-able on an area
