10 always for range even if its your own.

Well thats stupid then.  You drop from 15% to 10 if you convert to vlads?  Fix that.  Vlads should be better than death mask.

exactly. Glaives of wisdom + lifesteal can happen, impetus + lifesteal can happen

Those are pure damage sources and doesnt benefit from lifesteal.

 

Lifesteal only heals with physical sources.

Some abilities like bash are converted to physical when used with melee models.

 

This includes vladimirs aura and skeleton king's vamp.

I like to get vlads with chakk ult but I dont think I will anymore since it drops me from 15 to 10%.  Might as well just keep the mask and make satanic last.  

I recommend leaving the 15% lifesteal for self and having a 10% range aura.  Silly that an upgrade would drop you in numbers.

Case of "tell it to IceFrog". We never mess with Item balance, and so far it's been wise not to do so.

It makes sense but put it this way. 10% for 5 people ------> 50% lifesteal!!!! GOOD MATH FTW
