nah It should be 0.5/1/1.5/2% of current hp + 0.4/0.6/0.8/1% of total hp

hmm that reminds me tc aura dont reduce the whole base armor when dragon's blood is picked

Suggestion: Afflicted units have HP regen (not healing) halted/frozen.

Would that include hp regen from skills such as reactive armor?

 

I remember dispersion/backtrack's "damage reduction" count as heal, are they disabled as well? (that will be VERY OP)

True, those are "Triggered heals" that by scripts compensates damage taken (cant remember before or after which it was). And doesnt count as healing by the system.

That would be the gest of it.

Left unaffected by suggested change to Heartstopper aura.
