Please make exp of neutral creeps not be shared to enemy heroes.

You last hit neutral and enemy hero is nearby so exp is split between. I don't like it. Please make hostile not to leech exp this way, if can !

AFAIK, it has been designed so in original Dota since last patches (around 6.80~).
