The maker or atleast publisher goes by name Ash47 and you can find simply by googling it, And i think DotA 2 version is poorly made and the playerbase is simply very very poor for expereienced LoD gamer..Either you rape the game in 10 minutes and every single dota 2 player leaves the game since it is a custom game and there are no penalties and no bans, or the host is retard and enable items for skills for example... Then you can trigger aftershock with power treads "skill" without cd for example...

Although there are few things i really like as like alchemist ultimate doesnt morph hero model but gives the buff, and you can use gyro flak cannon with fury swipes for example or overpower.. DEVASTATING
