Spell resistance bonus from 5th slot doesn't work(Corrosive Skin,Flesh Heap,Spell Shield) and Phantom Edge at 6th slot, but Berserker's Blood work.

no, it doesn't fixed(360 - 25%(hero-type resist)=270)
also already send on email, but it doesn't fixed: Trueshot Aura effects Mass Serpent Ward,Plague Ward,The Swarm(this unit magic immune and shouldn't be affected by auras) (may be feature in lod ).

oracle's Purifing Flame is triggered pure damage, which take 25% resist into account, regardless your real resist.
All mentioned passives works fine.
Trueshot aura - will be fixed

only issue is with skilling those passives while they are hidden, will work too

Last screen was with spell shield on 5th slot.
Spell shield on 3rd slot(yes it works fine, but not on 5th slot. even hiden/unhiden):
