The skill does need a nerf, permabash is one thing, but 1,55 BAT, great base damage/armor/movespeed and bonus hp? Something needs to go. I would say, reduce the base armor and magic resistance, if possible, so you still do great damage, but melt to anything far easier.

Bash must be affected by Diminishing returns.
Reduce movement speed.
