Skill 1 : Dark soul
Fa​ifo`s dark soul  gain  power from enemy heroes attack  by giving him damage for each  hit taken .

level 1 : + 3 damage (2 for range)  - 5 second per stack (stacks not refresh duration of other stacks
level 2 : + 5 damage (3 for range)  - 6 s
level 3 :​ + 7 damage (4 for range)  - 7 s
level 4 : + 9 damage (5 for range)  - 8 s

Skill2 : Resistent body (active) / can target allies
Faifo has temporarily harden his body , creating a shield that absorbs damage based on % off his missing health

 вЂ‹ level 1 : 100 + 10% (of his missing health)    - cost 100 mana cd 30s
  level 2 : 150 + 17% (of his missing health)    - cost 125 mana cd 26s
  level 3 : 200 + 24% (of his missing health)    - cost 150 mana cd 22s
  level 4 : 250 + 31% (of his missing health)​​​    - cost 175 mana cd 18s

  Skill 3 : Absorbation
Faifo can absorb enemies armor and add it to himself for 10 seconds , also the affected unit is slowed by % equal to 2x of his armor stolen .
Level 1 : 2 + 15% of target natural armor cd 20  - cost 80 mana
 level 2 : 4 + 30% of target natural armor cd 18  - cost`100 mana
level 3 : 6 + 45% of target natural armor cd 16   - cost 120 mana
level 4 : 8 + 60%​​​​​ of target natural armor cd 14  - cost 140 mana


​Undestractible - ULTIMATE 
F​aifo starts regening his hp  based on his armor for 10 seconds (passively for each enemy hero kill while undestractible is active , Faifo gains piece of the killed enemy soul granting him + 1 permament HP regen)

level 1 :  10​ + 50% of total armor in regen   CD: 80 s
level 2 :  20 + 100% of total armor in regen CD : 60 s
level 3 : 30 + 150% of total armor in regen  CD : 40 s
v1 (aghanimed lvl 4 ) 40+ 150% of total armor in regen +2% of maximum health per second -  CD :30
v2 (aghanimed lvl 4 ) adds Burning AoE effect  that deals 1/1.25/1.5x Faifo regen in DPS​

As far as i know there is no direct way of obtaining unit's current armor. About skill combination - i not see here any of non-auxiliary skills.

Sven have stun. Mortred have slow and blinkstrike. Pudge have hook and bite.
And this hero have none. Only supplementary ones. These skills here with synergise but not with raisin. I think you should elaborate more.

Further more as they non-target active spells they looks like more passives for me.

well its not about a normal dota hero , in lodo  u wont use the whole hero skill set , u just would pick 1 or 2 spells if you are gonna make carry or tanker  ,  my point is this is  some kind of go mask of madness rush hero who wont need stuns to be effective

Correct.

 

Natural Order uses a negative % value Devotion Aura as its effect.

The only heroes we need are more intelligence melee and ranged strength.
