I think its good to loose your debuffs uppon casting Shadow Dance. You if you are alot slowed you may not acces to escape route or so. Increasing its CD if its necessery.

Scream of the Pain of Akasha, is little underpicked as i see (by casters). I like to use it, because it hit even Invis. units and is good AoE spell. But it lack effects so most players go for debuffer/passive or stun-based one.

I consider it, maybe it should be, upon cast the hitted target heroes to be Shadow Striked (based on level of the scream - 1/2/3/4) or
Give them Fear upon hitting, but that's balanar's role... or make it only to silence the enemys that are hit.

Sun Strike, this is a good skill, but underhanded because most don't know how to "aim" with it, so its not common uppon pick-in.
Add burning effect that affect the aoe it hits (something minor ofc). Like 5/10/15/20 pure damage per sec.
Including make Sun Strike hit immunity units.
