Witchcraft is basically an ultimate as it is now.  Last game I was in troll form with SnY and jango ----------still could not catch puck after I doomed him.  And Puck just ran around and basically multicasted since his spells would witchcraft a ton.

Movespeed is pritty higher, its more than empowerhaste and near as much as Hunt of the Night...., maybe ms should be reduced. Also i'm against Ultimate Proc...

Carries have 9001 passive going for them, including movespeed(+dps, like empowering haste/frostmourne) ones. It is only fair that spellcasters get a similar one in return.

Maybe tune it down from 20 to 15% at max level, but most certainly no lower than that.

Biased I am towards movement speed, I like it exactly the way it is.

However while this huge movement speed boost is unmatched, it can be hard countered by the standard flow of the game.

You lie in ambush, stun/nuke him and destroy him on the spot. Like you usually do, irregardless of who your target is.
- Unless it's a tank. Those take time.

Problem this movement boost poses is when you fail this standard procedure. As when real gameplay happens: The aftermath.
- Things didn't go as planned and you have to be quick on your feet to make the best of it.

Those are the moments featured in wodota after all. A failed gank turned against them. Or in some cases, neutrilized.

Keep Witchcraft as it is, you can destroy people who has it irregardless of movement speed.

There are ways.

- Sincerely, Whiteboard.

Witchcraft is buggy at the moment anyway, currently level 1 has the same chance to proc Witchcraft than level 4 (lvl 1 procs ultis already as well), leveling up Witchcraft only increases the movespeed bonus you get and nothing else.
Additionally to fixing this, it'll also receive a slight nerf to 4/8/12/16% MS.

Q: Does not increase prock chance for non-ultimate skills?

Keep the speed at 20%.
