There should be limit or rather mode that enable it.
Because I've seen so much slow stack that your hero completely stop and can't do any action - move/attack/cast spells (like stun-lock but worse).
Imagine, when u try to hit Untouchable unit with Corrosive skin + any other item or abillity (even from ally) slow. Or..
Headshot plus Untouchable, Geostrike, Frostmourne etc which stack absolutely.

Hah.

That i'd ever see the day slows would become meta above stuns.

Yea, blink away chap. Get anything to counter it.

Either by escaping or dispelling. For these actions there are currently:

Manta Style - Removes all hard coded abilities/debuffs.
Black king bar - Grants magic immunity -> Removes all hard ocded abilities / debuffs.
Lothars - Allows you to stealth away.
Blink (Qop + Am), Leap, Timewalk, - Allows you to flee.

There are more escape abilities you can use for movement to disengage a combat when you are overwhelmed by slowing effects.

While at it, imma guess you play outside -EB and with -s5 or higher. The harsch reality is that this is how it is in those modes. Wacky stuff happens. I have yet to see people come to a stop by slows in my channel where I play.
- Using -s4 with -EB and high skilled players.

No actions needed from developers.

- Sincerely, Whiteboard.

Or just give it reset every 10-20-30 sec to normal or so? (if there's damage to it, the damage continued, but the slow reset)

You can't influence casting times with any slows. And there is a cap of 100ms and BAT/0,8 for movement and attackspeed respectively. No idea about turn rate slows.

Turn rate un-affected by movement + attack slows.

There is but one recording that i've seen in wc3 maps as a whole up until today: Sticky Napalm - that affects turn rate.

As mentioned: Cast rate also unaffected.
- Technicly you can count the Last Word aura for causing silence after cast - giving a delay between spells casted. But only technicly.

#SlowReset

No.

There are allready contermeasures in the game that allows you neglect the slow effects or deny the payout for them placing them.

Try harder mate. Dont praise for a system that allows you to get away without trying your hardest to deal with the problems people push on you ingame.
- When you get knocked down, you get back up one more time. Thats how winners are made.

Stone gaze also features a turn rate slow, but never tried if it stacks with sticky napalm or what their interaction is. Might be more turn rate slows that I do not know about.

This is an age old WC3 bug, you run into it really often when playing shitty Tower Defenses etc. Too many units spamming move commands + too many slows = the units start stuttering. They can't move, they can't attack, it's pretty wonky.

Broodmother's Spiderlings sometimes cause it and old Visage's million Familiars did it quite often.

Aye. Classic wintermaul issue. The map was simply unplayable from a challenging stand point. Easily exploitable.

Though, that was a massive onslaught of a number of units. Broodmother cant compare with that.

 - I'm just being curious if this mass-command issue can be applied by the circumstantial soft-cap lod / dota has.

White, you know, that most of the slows (that are on attack/aura and some target spells) go through Bkb?

Aye, but to prevent the silence -> hence allowing you to cast spells -> escape with blinks or w/e. Bkb helps.

Otherwise you can dispell current stacks with Manta Style.
- There are however exceptions to this such as: Hellfire Blast.

Best solution is to keep clear of one who has more power than you and strike him in a moment of weakness.
- Instead of dealing with the specific details and being on the defensive.

With the next patch (6.84) Silver Edge will allow you to disable annoying passive slows for a short while (like geo strike, frostmourne, etc).
