Im trying to get ENT to change to the balanced mode. They would like to see the list of changes in this mode. I know Resq mentioned rikis new invis did not have the hp reg in balanced mode. I didnt see that on the list so I was wondering if the list had been updated recently.
Is the balance mode change log fully updated?

It has not.
For detailed updates on -EB and hotkey bindings you actually need to scim through the changelogs of maps upploaded.
- Such as Aftershock: no longer has a cooldown but instead drains 5% of your mana pool on each cast.
