once you get level 4 dagger and mc you can one hit simply by getting lucky with one spell and mcing it. 400+400 crit and you one hit a hero. I think the dagger should not have a chance to crit unless you actually have a crit.

RNG.
Sometimes you get a free kill. How much impact that has on a game is decided by the moba flow.
I for one dislike RNG-bullshit in general. As for Dagger, the critical effect is neither pseudo-random or high enough to be reliable.
It simply hits harder ocationally.
And with this in mind, you will cast it at any given time for a slow and extra damage with a follow-up. (Usually more nukes).

Depending on numbers it might end the gank or w/e at that point.
In my oppinion. I'd rather have the RNG removed entirely.
You could compensate that with examples below:
- Is removed ( A plain nerf)
- Gains stacks on cast or other events -> At full stacks: Grants 100% crit chance.
- Higher chance to crit with smaller damage output.
- Higher range and base damage.
- Shorter cooldown.
- An additional effect (Silence, truesight on targeted unit, disarmed, unable to use items, grants attackspeed to attackers on prey etc).
And so forth. I'd honestly enjoy if this was applied to Multicast as well.
If it was reliable instead of explosive with RNG - either winning or losing the game. Map would be a touch better.
The big diffrence between MC and dagger ofc is the numbers. Level 3 MC has a much higher chance for 2x casts to occur. Making it likely and supposively expected to see atleast a few additional casts in the facerolling.
With daggers low chance. It just remains explosive with RNG. And for that, you cant expect jack shit.
It simply hits harder ocationally.

I agree with Whiteboard and 5togo. The crit should be removed entirely unless you actually have a crit. Then the crit chances can be included! Seeing a multicaster farming Buriza is something fun
