Mjonir - proc rate is over 70%...
Headshot is the same thing - almost every hit, including stops channel spells.
Sometimes you can be near/and attack Roshan, but Shadow Dance effect wont be deactivated.
You can place Any of the wards near Roshan.

Blademail doesn't work versus Spells, only versus hits.
