How about more targets without scepter and targets ALL in aoe with scepter.  Compared to Pulse Nova it's so weak.

I also agree, I rarely see someone take it.

Works pretty well in nichebuilds especially if you are pushing early on.

Also can be beastful on tanks who are hard to take down. You will still own clashes doing it, but it could use a little buff. IВґd rather have it attack buildings without aghs and getting an aghs upgrade which enables the ultimate to fire at 2 targets at once.

I honestly am against a buff.

As huehue mentioned, it works fantasticly with a build centered around it.

Last time I picked Eye, I went 15-1 versus the tryhards and goofers in LoD channel.

With the follwing kit:

- Berserkers blood

- Reactive Armor

- Rip Tide

- Eye of the storm

The top two are in harmony of buffing my defense: leaving me at a strong last stand, when the magic resistance is all time high and stacks of armor have gone up.

Normally, you're weak to regular attacks from a carry when that low. Since you have spells covered from blood.

Downside is that it doesn't help from Pure Damage at all.

Rip tide was maxed first to give myself power and presence on the lane using the Naga Siren model. Both for her amazing stats and movement speed.

After a few levels on the lane I had no problem holding my ground and infact sweeping in on the offense.

The 220 damage seems weak at first (compared to standard 300 from regular nukes). But with the armor reduction that early, that most people simply dont counter with buying/gaining armor themselfs. You can easily dish out more damage thanks to it than a regular nuke offers otherwise.

And naturally, at 7 I also had Eye of the storm. Sweeping in with Rip tide's initial armor reduction I out sustained Chemical Rage + Untouchable. Despite the fact he was covering in an entire creep wave. He simply wouldn't last against me and had to turn home. At which point Storm had the focus on him -> Finnished him off.

Verdict: Eye of the Storm requires a build centered around it. By then it becomes a supreme weapon. Preferably based on tank merits. Thus doesn't need a buff.

What most people fail at is simply picking independant skills for more power instead of centering their build around a gimmick. And if you dont - Storm will suck ass vs any other ultimate you could pick.

But if it did, i'd abuse that shit asap.

- Sincerely, Whiteboard.

GG humanity, as always.
