Sometimes corrosive skin doesnt apply its slow and visual effect+status icon,only does the damage.

I had Grow! picked,then assembled an aghanims scepter in my courier,but upon attempting to pick it i was given the message"you cannot drop aghanims scepter if it provides you bonus range" or something like that.After that a series of strange things happened,trying to pick it up.Its pretty long to explain so just carefully watch the aghanims,the courier,the middle of the map and my hero the first few minutes after i bought the aghanims..
