Hello All and especially the map makers,

When LoD was first lauched, Invoker had Quas, Wex and Exort as selectable skills so that you could enhance either a Strength, Agility or Intelligence hero ...

Basically, you can use them to enhance many different hero roles.

Then we had Invoker in the draft with four random spells ...

Recently we have two/three Invokers in the draft where you get to pick a wider array of his spells.

How about adding one more where you can pick Quas, Wex and Exort???

Please do it ... This is a small addition which enhances all other builds ...

Analysis of the suggestion.

---

As it is today, developers of the lod project has disregarded his sub-skills for Invoker abilities directly.

Personally, I can only see this to be added in passive stacking, bypassing the "limit passive" option that is available for modes. Thus hardly contributing to anything close to a new scenario.

Objectively: It's more content than before and should be implemented for more variety.

---

Verdict: I approve of this suggestion.

- Sincerely, Whiteboard.

Its not bad itself to think about it, but its pretty shitty to implement it.

Imagine some noob is picking only quas, so what is the result, only regen. Its pretty shitty only to have this, additional the 7 level problem. No attribute bonus.

To find a solveable solution for everyone is really difficult.

My suggestion:

- make them on 4 levels with a gain of +2 for the attribute as well as for the effect (+7 is close to it then)

- If someone pick only voker build (all voker spells), user other spells, normal voker spells and disable attribute bonus for that hero.

Only if the hero has all voker spells it can be really a pain if he is ready on lvl 16 with all attributes.

Another pain is in that case the multiicons.

Voker has 6 icons, now manage that on s6 :D

@ Grief-Code.

It was of my understanding that this topic was entirely dedicated to the sub-skills of invoker.

Each "Orb" will yield an additional icon on your toolbar, as other abilities follows as well.

And shit drafters, will draft shit builds. You cant help that. LoD isn't dedicated to those who cant properly play moba's yet.

It's dedicated to those who can play moba's properly.

But you do raise a valid point on scaling. Which is why I suggest the following.

- In my oppinion, outside of -extended balance: Keep the skill at "level up available" for 4 skill points. Let the remaining 3 level up passively.

- Simply reduce the number of maximum levels of the sub-skills to scale accordingly to 4 levels.

Point being, no more than 4 skill points are spent for these abilities, per usual formula. Thus allowing A. Bonus to be unaffected.
