Amplify Damage - Slardar the Slithereen Guard . dont forget to make extended ballance for it
Dismember - Butcher
Spawn SpiderLings - BroodMother
Disruption - Shadow Demon

Bane Elemental's Enfeeble
Balanar's Fear
Razor's Static Link
Pugna's Drain Life
with bigger proc chance for multiple targets. Cast range should be balanced and maybe nerfed.

Enfeeble and Static link are already working with multicast
