Hi Guys,

 

I'm currently playing LOD v6.80c v5f with my friends through LAN in my office, But i found Moment Of Courage skill from Legion Commander is too IMBA, look on my LastReplay.w3g at 17:46

 

I'm not even hitting my enemy which use Legion Commander, but the Moment Of Courage passive is still show up, and it's hitting more than 2 hit to me when it's proc (On DotA v6.79e LoD v4j version it's just hitting enemy for 2 times). It's not my first time, I've see this in ALL of game when someone picked Moment Of Courage for their skill.

This is another Replay to prove this bug, I try a single game to test Moment Of Courage. At Level 8 (when Moment Of Courage reach Level 4), i can kill Roshan with only Power Thread and Vladimir.

 

Skill that I picked are:

1. Moment Of Courage (Legion Commander)
2. Essence Shift (Slark)
3. Pounce (Slark)
4. Critical Strike (Chaos Knight)
5. Ulti 1 : Duel (Legion Commander)
6. Ulti 2 : Shadow Dance (Slark)

i can solo roshan with Legion in normal dota on level 5 with vladimir ,  stop talking bulshits  , the skill is just improved  , reduced CD , before write anything stupid pls  read the fcking changelogs of the maps  and try the heroes on normal non lod Dota map . 

Moment of Courage buff grace period increased from 0.5 to 1.0 seconds

Moment of Courage cooldown reduced from 1.2 to 0.9

U dont need to hit your enemy to acttivate  his Courage , if you are trying to stop your attacks you will make his passive proc`s A LOT .

Please compare both of attached replay to prove it!

 

In LOD, I can kill Roshan at Level 8 so easy with only Vladimir.

In DOTA, I can't kill Roshan at Level 8 with only Vladimir.

 

I use same mode, skill, technique, and item. But it show different result

 

and FYI, as DOTA 6.80c changelogs says:

 

 

 

 Legion Commander
Moment of Courage now only procs one extra lifesteal attack

 

It would previously sometimes cause multiple extra lifesteal attacks per proc

 

 

In LOD when Moment Of Courage procs, and hit enemy for 3-4 times. You will get lifesteals for each hit. I'm not just talking nonsense without any comparation in the first place. So please stop judging anyone as a noob who doesn't do any comparation before saying a thing as bug.

Hi ResQ,

 

In v5g, Moment Of Courage still give me 3 extra hits instead of 2 hits per procs. And also it's give us life steal for each hit, i think it'll better if you guys give Moment of Courage less Life Steal instead (like 20% life steal for level 4 maybe?). I think it'll be easier for you guys to implemented it
